If you are looking for a cute board book to round out your Christmas book advent countdown, or just want a fun book to read leading up to Santa's arrival, with your little, then I highly recommend you check out the board book, "Merrytale (An Abrams Trail Tale) book from Christopher Franceschelli, creator of the Abrams Block Book series.

I was sent this cute holiday book to check out, and had fun flipping through the pages reading the easy to follow along story, all while admiring the festive and playful holiday illustrations.  Even though my two girls are too old for board books, the cover of the book caught my youngest daughter's attention, and she sat down to read it. 

In addition to loving the colorful illustrations like me, she also liked the interactive aspect of the book, as you flip through the board book to expose things hidden in a scene.  This is what caught her attention and had her reading it right to the last page, which expands in a full holiday scene that is a must see.

Overall, this is a super cute book, and one little ones will enjoy this year and for years to come.
