Did you watch the Emmy's on Saturday? I wanted to sit down and watch them, but I was so busy all day that by the time it was on, I totally forgot about it, and passed out on the couch. But, I did catch the list of winners the next day and was so happy to hear that ‘Rick and Morty’ Won a Second Outstanding Animated Program Emmy, Both my husband and I were so excited when we heard this as we love Rick and Morty. And, when I read about this, I also learned that there will probably be a season 5. Now to wait for it, so I can see how things play out.
Just last week, I was surprised in the mail with an advanced copy of the Rick and Morty: Season 4, as well as a super cool and oh so hilarious “King of S#!+” Rick and Morty Funko POP! Animation Figures, which comes with sound! Everyone in our house collects Funko POP! figures based on our favorite shows and movies, and we display them on shelves in our bedrooms and my office.
I never thought to get a Rick and Morty Funko, but now am so happy I have this one, which has sounds of a toilet flushing and fart noises. If you watch Rick and Morty and are huge fans like my husband and I, then you will love this Funko and the added sound feature. :-)
For Christmas last year, I surprised my husband with the first 3 seasons of Rick and Morty, and now we have the newest season 4. We binged the first 3 seasons after Christmas, and have since watched them again during Covid. And, now with the new Rick and Morty: Season 4 release, which arrives to Blu-ray and DVD tomorrow, we have been binging the episodes all weekend, and will wrap up the season this evening. This new season 4 release features all 10 episodes of the sow, as well as some amazing bonus content including inside the episodes, animation challenges, prop process, and so much more. We first started by watching all the bonus content, and that alone would be worth the purchase of either the Blu-ray or DVD release tomorrow, for die hard Rick and Morty fans. And, then having all 10 full-length episodes from the most recent season, is icing on the cake. :-)
I am about to head to bed to finish watching the last two Rick and Morty episodes, but wanted to share all about the upcoming Rick and Morty: Season 4 release tomorrow, as well as show the hilarious and must own Funko POP! figure, which I was sent along with the advanced screener.
