The girls and I had a girls night the other day, pampering ourselves with face masks and doing our nails, and enjoying a really good movie. If you grew up watching The Swan Princess or your child(ren) have seen once of the many movies released in The Swan Princess movie series, then you know how good these movies are! We had the chance to watch "The Swan Princess: A Royal Wedding," which is now available to own on Digital and for rent at Redbox, and loved it! I have to say that out of all the The Swan Princess movies we have seen, this one my favorite. It was full of adventure and fun, and you were drawn into this fairy tale right from the start. My girls also agreed that they really liked this magical movie featuring Princess Odette, the Prince and their royal friends. Like all the other The Swan Princess movies, this one also has humor mixed in with the adventure Princess Odette embarks on. There are a few mildly scary scenes that little ones may not like, but they are not that bad. I really like how this movie series always has positive messages you can talk about with your kids after the movie. I make sure to take advantage of this with my girls, to remind them that they can always come to me and talk, no matter what.
We had so much fun with our girls night in watching The Swan Princess: A Royal Wedding, and enjoying quality time together. If you are looking for a fun family-friendly movie for your next movie night, I highly recommend this movie. We can't wait to watch The Swan Princess: A Royal Wedding again, and know it will be a family favorite movie fr a long time to come.
