The World’s Favorite Toys Are Back in the Adventure of a Lifetime!
Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 4
Captures the Hearts of Fans Old & New
Coming to Homes Digitally Oct. 1st and on Blu-rayä Oct. 8th
New on 4K UHD™
Don't worry, I am not going to go into a lengthy post including my personal review of the Toy Story 4 movie, as you and your family have probably already seen it (at least once) when it was in theaters this summer. Instead, I wanted to make sure you were aware that Toy Story 4 is now available to own on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital, and share all the great bonus content that is included with this new release (released to Blu-ray and DVD today, October 8th).
My girls and I saw it three times in theaters, and have been eagerly awaiting its release to Blu-ray and DVD, so that we could add to our Toy Story DVD collection we have going. We are still holding out hope that there will be a Toy Story 5, as we just love these movies, especially Toy Story 4! Knowing just how much my girls loved this movie and how they have been waiting for its release, I knew they would be over the moon excited when an advanced copy arrived in the mail yesterday. Even though it was a day earlier than the in-store release of the Blu-ray and DVD to stores, the girls were so excited, and rushed to get their schoolwork done, so that they had time after dinner to watch the movie. I had promised them that when it arrived in the mail, if they finished their schoolwork and chores, that we could watch it -- even though we usually only watch movies on Fridays and the weekends. But, come on...this is Toy Story 4, and had to be watched for the 5th time! :-)
Prior to watching the movie, the girls help me whip together a bunch of DUKE CABOOM’S DAREDEVIL SNACK MIX, courtesy of 2 Geeks Who Eat! to enjoy during the movie. If your family loves snack mixes, then they are sure to love this Toy Story 4 inspired treat -- a perfect compliment to a fun family movie night watching this great movie. You can see the recipe below -- which was so easy to whip together...and it tasted great! I found myself reaching in the bowl to find it empty -- not even a popcorn kernel or crumb left. I guess we will be making this again. :-)

As I mentioned above, the new Toy Story 4 release to Blu-ray and DVD comes with some great bonus content, which fans of the Toy Story franchise will love. From deleted scenes to meet the new cast of characters and other fun featurettes, your family will have a blast watching and every extra. My girls really enjoyed the "Let's Ride With Ally Maki," which was a humorous lesson in voice recording. I loved watching all the deleted scenes that didn't make it into the movie.
I could rave all about this new Toy Story movie and share all my favorite scenes and characters, but, like I said, you have probably already seen it, and know how good Toy Story 4 is. So, instead, let this be a reminder post that if you haven't already pre-ordered or bought Toy Story 4 in stores today, that you make a point to buy and/or pick up soon, so that you can plan a fun family movie night to watch this fun movie. Just like with the previous Toy Story releases, Toy Story 4 is one of those family-friendly movies you will find you and your family watching time and again. We ended up watching it again tonight for the 6th time, and the girls aren't growing tired of it. They even asked before heading up to bed if they could watch it in the car tomorrow on the way to a homeschool class. :-)
Here is more about the new Toy Story 4 release, which arrived on Blu-ray and DVD today, and is also available on Digital:
"This summer, Disney

road trip with Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the whole gang, earning a 98 percent
critics rating on Rotten Tomatoes and more than $1 billion at the global box
office. Packed with old friends
and new faces, the fourth film in the beloved Toy Story series, which
leads Woody to an unexpected fork in the road, arrives home on Digital in 4K Ultra HD™, HD, and Movies

Fans who

In “Toy Story 4,” Woody (voice of Tom
Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his
priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So, when
Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy Forky (voice of Tony Hale) calls
himself “trash,” Woody decides to teach Forky how to embrace being a toy. But a
road-trip adventure, including an unexpected reunion with his long-lost friend
Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts), shows Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
In addition, carnival prizes Ducky (voice of Keegan-Michael Key) and Bunny
(voice of Jordan Peele) bring a new level of fun to the film.
The must-own, fourth installment in the Toy Story series
