Little ones will love this cute new lift-the-flap Halloween-themed book from Abrams Appleseed. Recently, I was sent a review copy of this book, and shared it with my youngest daughter. Even though she is a little old for board books, she always gets excited about lift the flap books, as she likes to be the one to open the doors to reveal the surprise. And, this time around, I got to sit back and listen to her read me the story. We would pause before she would lift the flap to try and guess which monster was behind each door. Then, she would open the flap to reveal the monster and see if we got it right. It was so much fun reading this cute 18-page Halloween monster party book with my daughter. It is the perfect book to get kids excited about Halloween and maybe a Halloween costume party they be looking forward to attending with friends.
This is definitely one of those holiday themed books you will pull from the shelf each year to share with your kids. And, once they are reading on their own, they will want to read the book and lift the flaps, as they enjoy a good Halloween monster party story.
