My girls were so excited when they saw this DVD arrive in the mail the other day from Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Entertainment, as they are both Sunny Day fans.   And, the added bonus of this DVD included all pet-themed episodes made it more appealing to my oldest daughter, who is all about animals, especially cats and dogs.  In no time at all, my girls had the DVD unwrapped and loaded in the DVD player to watch.  And, for the next 90 minutes, they sat like to two peas in a pod watching the following four full-length Sunny Day episodes (which have already aired on Nickelodeon)...

Sunny Day: Welcome to the Pet Parlor episodes:

• Pet Parlor - Doodle dreams up a Pet Parlor to serve all their pet customers, but before it can open, the team needs to find and save Dame Tralada's dog.
• Parlor Problems - When Lacey and KC lose Hannah's dog, Tutu, Sunny and her friends need to work together and fix up all the mix-ups before Tutu's big show.
• Sunny and the Groom and Vroom - To get to a dog grooming competition, Sunny and the team create the ultimate, on-the-go pet styling vehicle - the Groom & Vroom.
• The Royal Wedding - Princess Annabella's pup, George, is marrying a stray named Ginger, but when dogcatcher Scratch interferes, Sunny and her friends must save the royal pet wedding.

Even though my girls had already seen these episodes a few times prior, that didn't stop them from enjoying them again.  They both loved how the four episodes were animal themed and featured oh so cute pets.  I ended up sitting for a couple of the episodes the second go round with the DVD as my girls couldn't stop talking about how great they were, and wanted to me to see for myself why they LOVED this new Sunny Day DVD release.  I have to say, I enjoyed watching the "Pet Parlor" and "The Royal Wedding" episodes with my girls.  I usually don't sit and watch this show with my girls, but I have to free up my schedule when it is on to watch with my girls, as it really is a cute animated series.  I can see why my girls, and so many other kids love this hit Nickelodeon series so much, and will sit and watch the episodes and DVDs time and again. :-)

If you do, then you will want to make sure you pick up this new DVD, which arrives in stores today.  At under $10 you can't go wrong with this new release.  We have only had the DVD for about a week, and the girls have already watched the DVD a handful of times, at home and on the go.  And, they can't wait to sit and watch the episodes again soon.
