While many parents are making a pit stop at the local coffee shop for a cup of pumpkin spice coffee, their kids are trying to get back into the swing of things at school. I love seeing all the photos friends and family are sharing online of their kids heading back to school. It is crazy how quickly kids grow up. Many of my friends are sharing photos of their kids finishing up high school or starting college. Seeing all the dorm move in photos and videos reminded me that time zooms right on by, and if you blink you will miss it. I still can't believe that my girls are in 5th grade. Next year they will be middle schoolers...it's crazy! At least one of the perks of homeschooling my kids is that I get to spend extra time with them day in and day out, and see they grow right before my eyes.
Each year I feature great Back to School products for my readers, and thanks to all the photos I saw from friends with older kids in high school and college, I overlooked one great product that is a must have for students getting around on campus -- an electric scooter. My girls usually choose a scooter over a bike when they are playing with friends in the neighborhood, or we head downtown to the park. So, when I saw readers sharing how they were moving their kids in and getting their cars back, I found many of their kids were turning in the cars for an electric scooter, like the Jestson Quest Electric Scooter, as a more energy efficient ridable.
Thinking back to my college years, oh how I would have loved an electric scooter to get me from my classes, as they were all spaced out over the large campus, and I spent 10-15 minutes running from place to place. And, when I wasn't going to classes, an electric scooter would have been great to visit nearby parks, or head to friends' apartments and dorms scattered throughout the campus.
So, as I wrap my annual Back to School Guide, I wanted to the Jestson Quest Electric Scooter, as my last item to feature, and close out my guide. You can say that I saved the best for last! :-) Even if you don't have a child in college, the Jestson Quest Electric Scooter is a must have for kids who love using a scooter, like my girls, as this it makes for a great way to get around.

Doesn't this look and sound like an amazing electric scooter? This sure would make a great alternative to taking the bus around campus, or walking to and from school or your classes. If I was in school, I would definitely be picking up a Jetson Quest electric scooter to use. You don't have to worry about filling it up with expensive gas, or insuring the scooter, like you would a car. And, if you are a college student, money is tight and the last thing you want to worry about it a car expense, especially if your car is not reliable and is in need of frequent repairs.
Christmas is also right around the corner, in case you want to start thinking about what to give your older kids including those away at college. You could surprise them early with the Jetson Quest electric scooter, too!
You can shop this and more electric scooters plus electric bikes and boards at Best Buy.

I sure would have liked one of these when I was little! Just had the old fashioned one that I had to push myself!
