NICKELODEON'S ALL-NEW
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES MAKES ITS DVD DEBUT
Thanks to my husband and his love for animated movies and television shows, my girls were turned onto the TMNT a few years back. And, ever since then, they have been playing catch up with their Daddy to watch the different full-length movies, as well television series that have aired over the years, featuring everyone's favorite turtles.
So, when the girls found out that Nickelodeon was coming out with a new series, "Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" back in July of last year, they couldn't wait to tune into the preview with their Daddy. And, after watching it, they couldn't wait for more episodes. My girls couldn't get enough of this show and were so excited when their Daddy told them that it was being renewed for a 2nd season, and that there would be a DVD release from Nickelodeon for this brand new TMNT series, so that they could watch it in the car, on the go.
The other day, we received an advance copy of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on DVD, which will be available in stores on March 12. This new DVD features 7 episodes from the first season, for fans of the series, and those who stumbled upon it recently, and are looking to play catch up.
Over the weekend, my girls and husband sat and watched this entire DVD over the course of two days. Even though they had already watched these episodes, they were up for watching them again, as they say this show is "awesome" and that they will never get bored of the episodes. That seems to hold true, as my girls are currently watching the DVD again, as they wait for me to start school today. They really get into this series, and can't wait for more DVDs like this to release, so that they can add to their growing TMNT DVD collection.
