Friend or Faux is Another Fun Adult Game that Will Have you Finding Out Things About Your Friends That You Never Knew and They Didn't Plan on Revealing! (Review)

Are you ready to reveal your most personal stories and memories with your friends, or even your spouse or significant other?  If you think you are brave enough, then pick up the ridiculously funny "Friend or Faux" game from Goliath Games, part of their Games Adults Play series. This card game will put your knowledge of those sitting around the table to the test, as you try and figure out how each player will answer a question posed.  Don't believe them when they share their response, then be prepared to through down the "Bull Shit" card and be ready to state your case and give examples why or a personal story makes their response inaccurate or "bull shit!". 

I was recently sent along a sample of this game, as well as SHIT Happens which I just reviewed (check out my review as this game is also a must have for adult game nights).  What I love about these types of games is that you can play them with a small or large group of friends, or just your sweetie if you like doing at-home date nights, like my husband and I.  You can really learn about a friend or significant other, when you sit down and play these types of games.  I thought I knew everything about my husband, but hearing him retell some stories from his past made me raise an eyebrow and gasp a few times.  And, a few of my stories had him saying "Huh?," "When?," and "No Way!."

In addition to playing this game with my husband last night and last Friday night, we also played it with another couple who came over last week for dinner.  We hadn't seen them in awhile and they were in town visiting their children in college.  What better to catch up, then having them rehash stories and memories they never thought they would have to retell. :-)

This game really gets personal as the rounds progress, and will have people wishing they didn't sit down at the table and draw a card and have to share their responses. But, then again, it will have everyone around the table laughing out loud, and wanting to see what other questions will be asked of everyone, and what their responses will be.  You think you know your friends?  Think again, when you sit down and play Friend of Faux.  This game is also perfect for breaking the ice with new friends, or those you haven't seen in a long time.  Or heck, pull this game out at an upcoming holiday party or dinner, and sit back and listen to all the risque and surprising stories that will be told.  You think so and so is an angel in your family or circle of friends?...Think again, when they start sharing their personal stories and stories about others, in order to earn points and be crowned the winner of the oh so revealing, but so much fun adult game, Friend or Faux.
