"Set in present day amidst the ever-growing refugee crisis and the after-effects of Brexit, Stephen Dillane (Game of Thrones) and Clémence Poésy (Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire) return to their roles as Karl Roebuck and Elise Wasserman in a final season that will stop hearts and leave viewers awe-struck long after the credits roll. "
While many people are binge watching shows on streaming networks, I have been catching up award-winning British crime dramas that my parents have turned me onto, and that I can pick up on DVD to watch at home and on the go. A recent favorite show I have been binge watching is "The Tunnel" that stars Game of Thrones, Stephen Dillane" along with Clémence Poésy, who was in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II. My parents first stumbled upon this crime drama while away in Scotland this past April. My mother slipped and fracture her foot and ended up having to spent a lot of their 12-day trip in the hotel room. So, they found themselves watching and getting hooked on British crime dramas, and then told me about them when we talked. They wanted to know if they could pick up DVDs and catch up on past series, and after looking online I was able to pick up season 1 and 2 through Amazon, and had Season 3 sent to me from the kind folks at PBS Distribution.
I started watching the “THE TUNNEL: VENGEANCE SEASON 3” as my parents' raving about this crime drama peaked my interest and I was curious to see what it was all about. And, after watching the entire third season, I couldn't wait for my parents to finish watching the previous two season DVDs I bought for them, so that I could go back and play catch up, and see how this crime drama started, now that I knew the ending. :-) If you love crime dramas, especially British ones, then you will love the show, "The Tunnel". Once you start watching the first episode you will see why so many people love this show and why it has won many awards.
