I have got a question for you?  Have you found that since having children you sweat a lot more? Or, heck after you reach a certain age, like 30+?  Maybe it is because of all the running around we do, carrying toddlers and little ones around? Or, maybe it is our hormones working overtime?  Whatever the case, whenever the summer rolls around, I find myself reaching for a deodorant stick at least twice a day to try to provide odor and wetness protection.  And, if the hot summer days aren't enough, when the colder months roll around, I have to deal with dry, flaky and at time irritated underarm skin, that doesn't seem to want to lock in the moisturizing creams and lotions I use.  I guess we can't win either way, right?

I thought this was the case, until I started using Dove's new Advanced Care Anti-Perspirant at the start of the summer.  You may have read my review of this deodorant or saw me raving about it on my social media channels.  Usually I am not one to shout it from the rooftops how much I love my anti-perspirant/deodorant, but after just a few days of using this line from Dove, which is formulated with NutriumMoisture, I couldn't get over how smooth my underarm area was.  And, when it came to providing odor and wetness protection, Dove's Advanced Care Anti-Perspirant/Deodorants blew the other brands out of the water, as they offered 48 hours of protection.  Being a busy mom on the go, there are times I am running around in the AM trying to get myself and the girls ready, that I may forget to apply my deodorant in the rush.  Then, as I slow down and run errands, I realize I forget it, as I am sweating -- not fun.

During a recent lunch date with a couple girlfriends, we found ourselves talking about changes to our body after having kids, and an increase in sweating was seen by all.  Like me, they, too, struggled to find just the right anti-perspirant/deodorant that worked and provided the coverage we busy moms needed.  They couldn't believe how vocal I got after trying out the new NutriumMoisture line from Dove, that they were eager to try it out for themselves.  A few days after our meet up, I was sent samples of both the new Dove Advanced Care Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant and the new Dove Advanced Care Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant/deodorant to try out.  Having already tried the two advanced care scents, I surprised two of my girlfriends with the samples and asked them to give them a try, to see if they found the same amazing results as I had.

I ended up trying out the Dove Advanced Care Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant in sheer touch (one of three varieties available.  Dove's Clear Tone Sheer Touch, has light citrus notes with hints of almond and coconut milk. And, just the Advanced Care line, this anti-perspirant/deodorant also contained NutriumMoisture, that helps to nourish the skin.  It also provides 48 hours of odor and wetness protection, too.  The only difference between the Clear Tone and Advanced Care lines is that the Clear Tone one has calendula, which helps restore skin to its natural tone.

My friend were excited to try out the new deodorants and after just a few days of using, they began to see smoother underarm skin, and they weren't sweating at much.  One of my friends had found herself applying deodorant in the AM and then into the evening for coverage, as it seems her current brand was not strong enough for all her running around.  So, she was amazed at how well this anti-perspirant/deodorant worked in providing 48 hours of odor and wetness protection.
