My Thoughts:
My girls are at the age where they are absorbing everything and want to learn new things every day. If only I was able to clone myself so that I could have an extra helper to do arts and crafts or other educational games or activities with the girls. :-)
Right now, they run around the house singing their ABC's and learning recognize the different letters in books and other print material. And, I have been trying to make up funny songs that feature different letters in the alphabet paired with new words, to help grow their vocabulary. But, thanks to the recent release of Sesame Street: Alphabet Songs, I don't have to go stir crazy trying to come up with fun, educational songs, and can finally sit down with the girls and watch as they sing along to the different ABC songs, and have fun watching some of their favorite Sesame Friends teach the about the alphabet.
And, while both of my girls have their ABC's down pat, there were a few letters they would have trouble pronouncing. But, since watching this DVD all about the ABC's I don't know how many times (lost count after the 10th time), they now don't have an issue, and feel more confident when singing the ABC's song.
This is yet another great DVD from the folks at Sesame Workshop and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment worth picking up to share with your toddler/preschooler.
