About the party:
With Mother’s Day around the corner, it’s time to celebrate one of the most important members of our family – Mom! This year as we celebrate Mother’s Day, we reflect on what we’ve learned and how we’ve changed as a parent over the years.
Whether it’s your first Mother’s Day as a new Mom, or a holiday you’ve celebrated many times, we all remember how we prepared for the arrival of our first child. When pregnant, we consider many different options that will help to set our children up for success over the years. One important decision expecting families make is regarding saving their new baby’s cord blood.
Cord blood is a source of powerful stem cells, considered to be the master cells of the body. Cord blood stem cells have been used for more than 25 years in the treatment of more than 80 diseases and disorders in both adults and children. The evolution of stem cell therapies has paved the way for current research being conducted through FDA-regulated clinical trials for conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury and hearing loss.
