If you follow my blog, then you know that Savannah is a huge My Little Pony fan. With over 200 plastic MLP of different sizes, a wardrobe filled with t-shirts, pants, jackets, socks and now underwear, not a day goes by that Savannah is not sporting MLP fashion or toting around a handful of MLP toys. :-)
And, I think we have finally got Savannah to potty train. It has been a few days now, and she continues to use the potty instead of her diapers. It has been a long time coming. But, thanks to a little coaxing of the new Rarity stuffed animal, along with a 10 in. MY LITTLE PONY MINI CUTIE MARK CRUSADER SWEETIE BELLE, she is ready to transition to big girl panties. She gave up her binkie with a ride on toy and now she is finally saying goodbye to diapers thanks to the My Little Pony Rarity stuffed animal now available at all Build-A-Bear Workshop stores, as well as online at http://www.buildabear.com/.
As soon as I showed her the Rarity and Sweetie Belle stuffed animals, her eyes lit up. She then said she was ready to go potty like a big girl and has been going every day since, with a few accidents (but that is to be expected). I told her that if she keeps it up she will get the Rarity doll and more MLP panties to wear. :-) But, as a reward for the first day of being a big girl, she was rewarded with the cute 10" mini cutie mark crusader, which is new and available for the first time at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores.
Savannah gave Sweetie Belle a great big hug, before running off to introduce her to her other stuffed pony collection from Build-A-Bear Workshop. And, since receiving this new stuffed plush, the two have been inseparable. :-)

My parents started a new Easter tradition last year, in which they take the girls the day before Easter up to the mall to the Build-A-Bear Workshop. There, the girls are able to pick up and stuff the stuffed animal of their choice. Last Easter, Bella opted for the bunny from the Hop movie, while Savannah chose a hot pink Hello Kitty stuffed toy, which a "meow" sound module. This year, my parents will be taking the girls again to pick up a new stuffed animal. But, unlike last year, Savannah has been browsing the online Build-A-Bear Workshop website to familiarize herself with the current stock, and keeps telling me she wants this fashionable Hello Kitty...
