Before I settled down and started a family, I used to travel to Nashville, TN every June with my oldest brother to take in the annual Fan Fair. This week long festival is attended by country music fans from all over. This is the one place you will find most of today's top country singers, along with rising stars in one place. From fan club parties to all day concerts, fans of country music are in their glory as they enjoy all that is Fan Fair.
While I was not a fan of 90+ degree temps that came with this week long festival, as you are outdoors most of the time and not in shady areas -- I was always able to get my fix of country music. I even took my husband shortly after we married to Nashville, TN to visit and enjoy all that is country music. :-) He was not as excited as I was to be back in Nashville taking in shows at the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditoriums. But, I was able to keep him happy with good ole Southern comfort food. :-)
Since the girls' arrival, we haven't traveled. And, instead of me travelling each year with my brother, my mother took my place, and continues to look forward to a week in TN each June, to experience Fan Fair. She says each year it is bigger and better, and as I am writing this post, she is planning her trip, with meet and greets, fan club parties and concerts. Oh, how I wish I could go and see some of my favorite country music singers like Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Rascal Flatts.
Even though I will be missing another year of Fan Fair, I will still get to enjoy all my favorite country singers and their hits songs, when I listen to the new Official 2014 ACM Awards Zinepak, which is exclusive to Walmart and hit store shelves back on March 18th for only $10.00. If you have never seen a ZinePak and are fan of music, you definitely have to keep an eye out for them. Ever since then, I make a point to see if an artist is releasing a CD as a ZinePak, and opt for this over a basic CD, as I love all the extra goodies. :-)

I spent this past weekend listening to the two CDs at home and in the car. What better way to enjoy a relaxing weekend than belting out the words to hit country songs. :-)

I plan to record the show as I am guessing the girls will try and stay up late that night, and I don't want to miss a single second of the show and live performances.
