Throughout this newest assortment of energetic adventures, Brewster takes the lead! In the title episode, Brewster must oversee the transporting of a heavy load with the assistance of the mighty Chuggers. But, when the Chuggers get called away or breakdown, it’s up to Brewster to move “full-steam ahead” and get the job done! And, in “Track Laying Brewster,” when a flash flood causes Rocky Ridge River to overflow, Brewster’s track-laying abilities are put to the test. He has to save Zack, Tyne and Fletch by helping them get their wheels above water – and fast!

My Thoughts:
Think we have Chuggington fans in our house? Just look at the above picture of Savannah dressed at Koko this past Halloween. She continues to wear this costume when she plays dress up with Bella. And, this past Christmas, Santa fulfilled their wish list requests by bringing more Chuggington train sets and trains. If you walked into our playroom right now, you would think we were having a Chuggington train exhibition with all the train sets set up. :-)
So much for boys only being into trains. Thanks to this popular Disney Junior animated series, along with other train shows, girls are just as excited about trains as boys are. As a parent, I love seeing the girls loving this show, while also learning about things like teamwork, friendship, never giving up and determination.
In addition to all the Chuggington toys we have, the girls have a growing DVD collection, which is watched on a daily basis. The girls were excited to watch this new release, and have already seen it half a dozen times since we received the other day. While Savannah is a fan of Koko, Bella on the other hand loves Brewster. And, this new DVD includes a fun filled collection of popular Brewster episodes. With 6 full-length episodes in total, fans of Brewster and Chuggington will love following along as Brewster digs a new tunnel, helps fix Old Puffer Pete (my favorite engine), just to name a couple story lines your child will enjoy on this new DVD. Oh, and did I mention that this DVD contains a catchy music video and a Bonus Badge Quest Episode, as well as Chugger Spotlights.
Each of 6 traintastic episodes are just the right length to keep even the youngest of viewers engaged. I love being able to put on one to two episodes for the girls to watch, when they miss Chuggington on Disney Junior, or just need a Chuggington fix. With Valentine's Day and Easter right around the corner, this DVD would make for a great surprise for that Brewster/Chuggington fan in your life. Or, if you are expecting snow and a snow day like we are tomorrow, this new DVD release will help keep little ones entertained.
