Can you believe it is December already? Wow, November just flew right on by. And, with Thanksgiving falling on the 28th this year, people are finding themselves more stressed as Christmas is fast approaching, and we have 1 less week to shop for holiday gifts compared to the year before. Besides starting on your holiday shopping either through online shopping or hitting store on Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday, have you placed your order yet for your family greeting card? Thankfully, I got my order in last week and am just waiting for the 50 cards from Cardstore to arrive, so that I can have the girls help me sign (well doodle) and mail off to family and friend, so they get it in time to display and enjoy before the big man in red stops by their house. :-)
One family that will not have to wait to receive their holiday greeting card from us is parents, as the girls surprised them with the "Merry Christmas" photo card I created a few weeks ago on the Cardstore website.
I fell in love with the card when I saw it, and knew my parents would as well. And, they did, after Savannah handed it to them at the dinner table, before breaking out in her rendition of Jingle Bells (just singing the chorus over and over again). :-) Friends and family who joined us at the table got to see first hand the amazing quality of the greeting card line of holiday photo cards from Cardstore. And, even though they are not getting the same photo card, the one I created with the girls photo will be just as special.
Cardstore is an innovative online resource that removes the hassle from mailing out holiday cards. Once you create your custom cards with personalized pictures, messages, and signature, Cardstore will print, stamp and send the cards for you – helping to take one huge item off your already full holiday to-do list. So, let Cardstore help you stress less by taking the burden of addressing, stamping and sending off your greeting cards this holiday season. You will be amazed at how much extra time you will have, not having to worry about buying stamps, running to drop your greeting cards off to the post office to arrive on time, etc. -- leaving you more time to shop during this shortened holiday shopping season.
"Whether making everyone’s favorite recipe, picking the best “Secret Santa” gift, or choosing the holiday card everyone looks forward to receiving, there is always a little bit of friendly competition during the holiday season." For my brothers and I, we like to try and outdo each other each year when it comes to sending my parents the "Wow" greeting card. And, now that we all have children of our own, photos of the kids always seem to be front in center instead of family shots. But, as my family and friends wait for their annual holiday photo card from us, my parents are already enjoying displaying the girls' greeting card. My dad cleared off the entire coffee table to display the card, and took this photo on his iPad to show me. :-)
He is definitely one proud Papa, and loves sitting on the couch and being able to glance over at the girls' smiling faces each day. This is yet another card that my family will be holding on to and looking back on, as their granddaughters are growing up fast (way to fast), right before their eyes.
