My Thoughts:
When I look at my girls, I wonder where they got their dance moves and love for dancing from, as both my husband and I have two left feet. But, ever since they could walk, the girls love to twirl and dance around. And, the hit show, Angelina Ballerina, has been one of their all-time favorite shows to tune in and watch daily. It is really cute to see them dance, especially when they are wearing their Angelina ballerina costumes.
And, just last month, Savannah asked us to sign her up for Ballerina classes, so that she could learn to dance just like Angelina. When I looked into local dance studios, I was happily surprised to learn that some dance instructors teach an Angelina Ballerina dance class, complete with mouseling ears on a headband. I couldn't resist signing Savannah up, and she has had a blast since day one. I can't wait until Bella turns three so that she can join Savannah, as they dance up a storm. But, in the meantime, Bella is enjoying spending time with Mommy while Savannah is at ballet class. I have lost count on the number of times the girls have watched this DVD, which they aren't growing tired of. Today alone, they saw it twice, as they are trying to master some of the dance moves Angelina and her friends were doing. :-) Bella twirls so fast, that they lands on her knees, and then spins herself into an upright position. She definitely has her own unique moves. :-)
All in all, this new DVD release, which contains 5 previously aired episodes, will delight your little Angelina Ballerina. From learning dance moves from her parents, to learning that taking care of a dying plant is similar to nurturing your friendships in that you have to put time and work into them, these episodes are not only fun to watch, but teach valuable lessons, all well getting kids (both boys and girls) off their feet to dance and twirl around. My girls both give this new DVD 5 stars. :-)
---FUN PRINTABLE COLORING SHEET---
Angelina Ballerina fans will go crazy when they see this fun printable coloring sheet to color. My girls had a blast this afternoon coloring a few of them, as they watched this new DVD release.
