Now that the kids have decided what they want to be for Halloween, have you started to think about your costume? Before the kids, my husband and I would spend the whole month of September and the better part of October trying to figure out the perfect Halloween costume to make or buy for the two annual Halloween parties we would attend. We have so many great photos of hit and miss costumes, but the memories of these parties are priceless. Instead of hitting up these Halloween parties, now we look forward to taking the girls out trick-or-treating, as well as to the local Halloween events in and around town. And, just because we aren't attending a party for adults, we still love to dress up for the occasion.
This year our whole family is going as choo choo trains and conductors. Savannah will be KoKo from Chuggington, while Arabella will be Thomas the Tank. My husband decided to be the Dinosaur Train conductor, while I am trying my luck at crafting a Sir Tophem Hat from Thomas and Friends costume. Our matching theme costumes will surely make for great photos, and memories, don't you think? :-)
Well, if you are still trying to figure out what you and your spouse will be, have I got the perfect costume for you! How about dressing up as Willie and Korie from the ever popular Duck Dynasty reality show? For Korie's outfit, you could wear your favorite black mini dress, get a blonde wig if you are not a natural blonde, and put on your favorite high heels. As for Willie, I have you covered with the perfect costume -- check it out:
Want to win this costume for Halloween? Who wouldn't? You will surely receive compliments from fans, as well as have others ask who you are. Just make sure you have your duck whistles ready!
In addition to the "Willie" costume, you can also pick up Halloween costumes to go as "Phil" or even "Uncle Si."
