Are You Taking Your Daily Vitamins? #CentrumFlavorBurst

After going through cancer treatment back in 2008, I have made every effort to take care of my body, and that includes taking a multivitamin daily.  Do you take vitamins or other daily supplements?  Prior to my cancer diagnosis, I thought I was in great shape and didn't need any vitamins or supplements added to my daily regime.  But, after meeting with a nutritionist, I learned the benefits of taking a multivitamin daily, and have taken them ever since.

When it comes to vitamins and supplements, one thing that always turned me off from taking these pills is just how large they are.  I don't know about you, but I hate to take pills, as my gag reflux kicks it as soon as I put the pill in my mouth.  So, trying to get down an oversized vitamin or supplement is a lost cause.  I have been taking two gummy chews -- yes, the ones that your kids are probably taking.  Even though I am not getting the full benefit of an adult multivitamin, it is better than no vitamin. :-)

But, this all changed recently, when I was sent the new Flavor Burst chews from Centrum.  Not only were these gumball shaped vitamins chewable and easy to get down, but they tasted great.  I was sent the mixed fruit flavor.  In addition to the mixed fruit flavor, the new Centrum Flavor Burst chews also come in wild grape and tropical fruit flavors.  Once I am done with my mixed fruit bottle of flavor burst chews, I will be trying out the tropical fruit flavor. :-)

While I haven't seen a personal change in switching to an adult vitamin, I do like not having to take two gummy chews daily.  With me and Savannah taking them daily, I was going through a bottle quicker, than if she was only taking one a day.  My husband has been taking Centrum for Men for years, and my parents are fans of Centrum Silver.  So, I guess now I have joined the ranks of the adults in my life who are fans of Centrum vitamins. :-)
