Feature Friday -- Spring Love Tree Wall Sticker Kit from My Wonderful Walls (Review and Giveaway)

A few months back, I was introduced to My Wonderful Walls, as family owned business, which is based out of Chattanooga, TN.  My Wonderful Walls, is run by husband and wife team, Michael and Stephanie Goins.  My Wonderful Walls offers a large assortment of US-made fabric wall sticker kits, full-room stencil kits, and color-adjustable canvas art for decorating kid rooms and baby nurseries.  I was amazed at their selection of wall-art kits, and how easy they were to apply to your child's wall.

Back when we were preparing the nursery for Savannah in 2010, I spent a couple hundred dollars on wall stencils and stickers to dress up the freshly painted nursery walls.  The wall art looked like it would be easy to apply, but this was not the case.  As we began peeling the stickers from the sheet, they either stuck together or tore.  And, halfway through the installation process, both my husband and I got frustrated, as it not only was taking too long, but also because it final product looked nothing like the package.  We ended up scrapping the wall art, and went with wall hangings instead. 

But, when it came time to put Savannah in her own big-girl room last month, as she began getting frustrated with Arabella's waking up in the middle of night and long night of fussing due to teething, we began looking at wall sticker kits to dress up Savannah's plain walls.  This was just around the time I was contacted by the folks at My Wonderful Walls to review their products.  What perfect timing.  I requested their Spring Love Tree wall sticker kit to be sent for review, and in record time, I received my fabric wall sticker kit to apply to Savannah's wall. 

When I rolled out the Spring Love Tree wall sticker kit to show my husband, he held his head and said, "Oh, boy, not again!."  I told him that this kit was different from the others, and that it would be easier to put up. Even though we would have to apply each and every flower and leaf to the tree, it wouldn't take long.  And, I was right, because when we started the install process, we completed the entire task in about an hour. :-)

When the wall stickers were all up, I couldn't wait to show Savannah.  As she walked into the room, her eyes caught sight of the Spring Love Tree and the birds and she smiled.  Before we could ask her if she loved it, Savannah ran over the to the tree and began feeling the fabric wall stickers and pointing to the beautiful flowers and birds. 

Unlike other wall stickers we have put up in the past, these wall stickers from My Wonderful Wall actually stay put.  With the recent 80 degree temps we had here in CT, the upper level of the house always gets hot.  This is the time that that past wall stickers would peel and fall off the walls.  But, when I would go up to check on Savannah playing, or put her to bed at night, I was happy to see the Spring Love Tree wall sticker art staying put, and looking beautiful.

When Savannah is not telling us how much she loves her new wall art, she is showing it off to family and friends who come to visit.  She is so proud to not only have a big girl room, but also that she has a big girl decorated room, thanks to the detailed Spring Love Tree wall sticker art that adorn her walls. :-)  I can't believe how one wall sticker kit can transform a room.  They really did dress up her plain walls, and make for a great focal point when you walk into Savannah's room.  We even had to move around Savannah's bed, so that she could lay next to the wall where the My Wonderful Walls sticker art is, to admire it day and night. :-)
