Loving My New BISSELL CleanView Vacuum (Review)

I think one item most new or expectant moms overlook, but should make a point to add to their baby registries is a good vacuum.  Yes, you read that right -- a vacuum.  Now, I know what you are thinking, you would prefer cute little outfits, baby equipment and personal care items for new baby.  But, once baby arrives and becomes mobile (which in our case was 3-4 months with both girls), I found myself pulling out the vacuum 3-4 times a day.  And, once they began snacking and being more mobile, I found myself reaching for the vacuum after each snack time and meal, and then again at night time once the girls went down for bed, for one final clean up of crumbs and tracked in dirt.  But, time and again, I found myself spending more time making continual passes over little cookie crumbs, etc., as my vacuum never seemed to pick up these small particles.  So, I have been searching for a vacuum that would make clean up of their messes a breeze.  And, thanks to the new BISSELL CleanView Vacuum with OnePassTechnology, my vacuum clean up time has been cut in half, as I only have to make one pass each and every time I pull out the vacuum.

And, to show you how well this vacuum works, I took a few photos of the girls making a mess with their snack, and how this vacuum got our living room carpet clean in just one pass.  

I love how I was able to catch the girls in the act of crumbling the crackers and Savannah sprinkling them on the carpet. :-)  But, for the purpose of this review, I let them get away with it, to prove how well this vacuum cleaned up their daily messes. :-)  

What shocked me the most about this vacuum was how much dirt and debris I was able to pick up with is new vacuum.  Just look at the lower right hand picture is the collage above, which shows what has been left behind on my carpets after vacuuming daily with my old vacuum.  You would think with the constant cleaning with my old vacuum day in and day out, that I would not have this must dust and debris in the bagless canister of this new vacuum.  But, look at what I picked up with just one pass.  And, with two young children who continually roll around and play on the carpets, I want to make sure that the carpets are actually clean, and will not house set in dirt, dust or other debris which may irritate their allergies, etc.  After seeing this vacuum and what I was able to pick up firsthand, I am now a fan of BISSELL and their BISSELL® CleanView® Vacuum with OnePass Technology, and will not be going back to my old vacuum.
