My Thoughts:
In "Let's Play Games," BJ pulls out an assortment of balls and equipment needed to play particular games. But, he doesn't know what to play. So, he turns to his friends for advice, in helping to make a decision.
"Playing Games" is a fun episode about Barney teaching Baby Bop to follow the rules of a game, and learning to take turns. This was Savannah's favorite episode, as she just loves Baby Bop. :-)
As for " Riff to the Rescue"Riff is reluctant to be the leader/captain of the baseball team. But, through song and dance and storytelling by Barney, he realizes how important the role of a leader is, especially when it comes to playing game.
"For the Fun of It" is about learning new things. When Terry shows of his new basketball trick, BJ is eager to learn how to do it, too. This episode focuses on trying new things and the need to practice in order to get better and hone a particular skill.
Each of the four episodes on this DVD are great, and teach young children about trying new things (including sports and games), teamwork and having fun while staying active. And, with 30 songs to sing and dance along to, Barney and Friends fans will love this new DVD release. We had a blast singing and dancing to such popular kid tunes like "London Bridge," "Ring Around the Rosie" and "I Love You," just to name a few.
So, if you have Barney fans in your house, why not pick up a copy of Play with Barney, to add to this Easter basket? This DVD will provide hours of entertainment. :-)
