During my recent Girls' Night In Oscar party, I ended up trying out the first recipe.  I thought it would be fun to try as a few of the girls who were coming over lived with me in college, and would always prepare Ramen noodle meals.  I couldn't believe how easy this recipe was to create and just how tasty it was.  If I hadn't told my girlfriends that these shrimp spring rolls were frozen, they would have thought I had made them myself or bought them fresh at a fish market for the occasion. :-)  But, when one of them stumbled across the empty box, I couldn't keep a secret. :-)
And, since my get together, I have picked up a couple more boxes of these spring rolls to store in the freezer, so I would have them on hand if my husband and I find ourselves craving seafood or shrimp spring rolls -- like tonight, when he arrived home late and wanted to order out to save time cooking in the kitchen.  I told him to entertain the girls for about 15 minutes, and I would have a meal put together.  I ended up making the Ramen Noodle Salad with Spring Rolls recipe again, as he hadn't tried it.  Like my girlfriends, he loved it and couldn't believe the Shrimp Spring Rolls were cooked from a frozen state.  He thought they were full of flavor, and loves the chunks of shrimp he got with each bite.

So, if are a fan of shrimp spring rolls, or always find yourself reaching for the phone to order out in a pinch, why not pick up these or other SeaPak products to have on hand in the freezer.  Prep and cook time is quick and easy, and within 15 minutes, you will have a delicious meal.
