We’re looking for a captivating kid or terrific teen to be our Guest
Ringmaster! Someone with Big Top talent, personal pizzazz and a
legendary love of their community. Someone who makes a difference
through volunteering, succeeding in school, showing leadership or
overcoming adversity – anything “legendary”!
20 "Young Legends":
Will be honored at a special performance of the Big Apple Circus at
Lincoln Center hosted by New York radio personalities Danielle Monaro
and Wendy Wild.
1 Grand Prize Winner:
Will be selected as our Guest Ringmaster, entering the ring as part of the performance for one night only!
How to Enter:
- From Oct. 1-15, nominate a child or teenager by clicking “Submit an entry” above. Then upload a photo and write a short caption (or share a YouTube link) that shows us why your child is legendary.
- Teens 13-18 are encouraged to nominate themselves or their friends. We want to hear why you’re a young legend!
- From Oct. 16-20, get everyone you know to vote for your entry.
Prizes:
- 20 kids with the most votes will receive four free tickets to the Big Apple Circus 12:30pm performance on Sunday, November 4th at Lincoln Center.
- Members of the Big Apple Circus will also select one Grand Prize winner based on the quality of the entry. The Grand Prize winner will be invited to be the Guest Ringmaster at the 12:30pm performance on Sunday, November 4th at Lincoln Center and will receive four tickets to the show.
The entry period runs Oct. 1-15. The voting period runs Oct. 16-20.
Winners should be available to attend the Big Apple Circus performance at 12:30pm on Sunday, November 4th at Lincoln Center, New York City.
