Introducing the New Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy Doll Line from Aurora World Inc. (Review and Giveaway)

Aurora is thrilled to work with Hasbro to bring a new generation of children into the fold of this classic and beloved brand with a new line of plush dolls striking just the right balance of vintage and modern elements.  Aurora released a variety of classic Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy rag dolls and Fancy Pals™ (Raggedy Ann Butterfly or Red Ribbon style) in 2012.

One of my favorite dolls as a child was my Raggedy Ann doll my parents gave me for Christmas one year.  This doll came everywhere with me, and my parents have over a dozen photos to prove it.  So, when I heard that Aurora World Inc. was introducing a new Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy line, I couldn't wait to get my hands on one of these dolls, to share with my daughters.  

I was surprised that Savannah was not interested in the doll.  Instead, Arabella reached for it, and began cuddling with it.  Since receiving a few days ago, she will not put it down.  Arabella takes a nap with her Raggedy Ann doll, relaxes with her, and even brings it on car rides.

Where you a big Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy fan growing up?  Do you still collect this popular toys today?  I still have my doll, packed away, to share with the girls when they get a little older.  But, in the meantime, I am loving that I can now pick up different sizes of these dolls for them, just in time for the holidays.  Four highly anticipated holiday styles join the line later this year.
