--My Thoughts--
If you are a fan of The Note, which originally aired on the Hallmark channel back in 2009, then you will love this third installment in the franchise. The Note when it aired in 2009 become one the network's highest-rated film series of all time. If you saw any of the three films, then you willl know why.
The Note 3 originally aired on May 13th of this year, but I missed it and my DVR somehow decided not to record it, even though I had checked and made sure it was set to record. So, I have been patiently waiting for this movie to arrive on DVD to watch it.
My mother has been a huge Genie Francis fan, from her days on General Hospital. This is where I first saw this Emmy-Award winning actress. As for Ted McGinley, who stars opposite her in this heartwarming film, he is from the television series Hope & Faith and Married with Children. He was the neighbor, who was married to Marcy. I never pegged him for a leading man in a drama before, as I remember him most for his comedic nature on the television shows he was in. But, after seeing him in this series, my thoughts have changed, and I love what he did with the role.

This is a movie where you definitely need a box of tissues next to you, as you will be reaching for them. I think I went through half the box by the time the movie was over. The plot centers around forgiveness and redemption. A young girl gives up her baby, in hope Genie Francis and Ted McGinley's characters will watch over the infant, and provide it with everything it needs. As the movie progresses, Francis' character, Peyton, grows attached to the baby and doesn't think she will be able to return the baby to its mother, once she if found. Like in the previous films in this popular sequel, everyone who Peyton comes into contact with, plays a part in the film and how things turn out.
Some movies which try to have a successful sequel, never less a third film, are successful. But, this franchise works, and I can see more films coming from it. The cast is strong and really works with together. As you view this movie, you are transformed into the film, as you route for everyone to live happier ever after. What will happen to the baby? Will Peyton keep the child, or return it to Violet, the mother, whom she tracks down? I am not going to spoil the ending. You'll have to rent it or buy it to find out. :-)
