A good haircut
can help a student head into the new school year with confidence. With
back to school around the corner, why not help a child in need, while preparing your own child with a fresh, new haircut at the Hair Cuttery. Thanks to their "Share A Haircut" program, the Hair Cuttery will give a free haircut to a
local child in need for every kid's haircut given at one of their salons
between Aug. 1st and 22nd. Over the past twelve years, Hair Cuttery has
donated more than 625,000 haircuts to children in need through
partnerships with local non-profit agencies, and expects to donate 75,000 hair cuts through the program this year. Hats off to them and their amazing program!
This year, you can also donate a haircut online FREE: Simply go to the Share-A-Haircut Facebook app (http://tinyurl.com/c7gj5dp) from July 18 - August 15 & and the Hair Cuttery will donate a haircut to a child in need.
The
haircuts are donated to children in need through partnerships with
local non-profit agencies. For those living in Rhode Island, the Hair Cuttery is working with the Boys and
Girls Club of Eastern Providence, as well as other local groups.
So, why not show your support for an amazing cause when choosing the salon to get your child's hair cut this back-to-school season? In a couple of weeks, I will be taking Savannah to our local Hair Cuttery for her first haircut. Not only will it be a memorable experience for us, being her first haircut, but it will also feel good knowing that we will be helping a child in need. All children deserve to feel confident as they head back to school this fall, and what better way than with a new do, thanks to the folks at the Hair Cuttery!
