Drawing inspiration from nature, artist Mr. Kiji
used Green Works cleaners as the medium to create murals in a mundane
underpass in Silver Lake, with the hope that the unexpected art exhibit
illustrates that cleaning can be beautiful and inspires viewers to do
their part.
I love helping out great charities and causes, and recently learned about a great partnership between the Ian Somerhalder Foundation and GreenWorks. GreenWorks will donate $1 to this foundation, which raises funds for environmental conservation projects and educates and empowers people – particularly youth – to positively impact the planet, on behalf of each person who watches a video of Mr. Kiji's transform of this urban space. I have to say, I watched this video a few times, and can't believe the transformation. Mr. Kiji really inspires you to want to help, wherever and whenever you can.
Simply by watching the time-lapse video of the transformation at
Facebook.com/GreenWorks, $1 will be donated to the Environmental Media
Association, promoting more green works.
I hope you will take a moment of your time, to help support this great organization! And, thank you!
Disclosure: I was sent a bottle of GreenWorks as a thank you for sharing this post. The views above are mine and mine alone.
