	My Thoughts: The kind folks at Dancing Deer sent me their popular Father's Day Ballpark Gift Set  to review.  This wasn't the first time I have tried Dancing Deer Baking Co. products, however.  I have been a fan for years, and for birthdays and holidays give gift sets, like the one above, to friends and family, who have come to expect these tasty treats.  I just LOVE LOVE LOVE their decadent Chocolate Chunk Brownies, which are oh so fudgey and chewy.  I love how the chocolate gets stuck to the roof of your mouth, as your devourer every last piece of this chocolaty treat.   So, if I have tried their products before and LOVE them, why review this gift set?  Simple. Dancing Deer Baking Co.is always adding new products to their line up, and offer some amazing gift sets for special occasions, holidays or just because. With Father's Day fast approaching, I wanted to provide you with a great gift set for that special Dad in your life, who loves tasty treats.  And, from experience, you don't have to break the bank, to send a plentiful gift set, that will be enjoyed (usually in less than 3 days).  I say this, as we usually eat the cookies and brownies in one day -- they are that good.  It is hard to stop after the first bite.  Try it, I dare you!   Having never tried their crisp vanilla Baseball Cookies and Caramel Sea Salt Bars, which are included in this lovely packaged Father's Day gourmet gift set, I couldn't wait to see how they tasted.  I began the sampling process by trying the Baseball Cookies first.  To start, what is great about the crisp vanilla Baseball Cookies is that my husband doesn't like butter cookies, so I was able to each the 4 of these baseball cookies myself.  I have to say, I loved the smooth, rich taste of these cookies. They were not too sugary, even with the icing on the top.  And, with every bite I took, the cookie was so soft, it just melted in my mouth.  I ended up having a cookie right out of the box, but when was good and left one for an after dinner snack, and then two for the next day.  I was surprised to see how fresh they tasted on day 2, like they were just baked and packaged.   Because I ate all the baseball butter cookies myself (well, I shared pieces with Savannah), I let my husband try and enjoy the Caramel Sea Salt Bars. Even though he is not a big caramel fan, he wondered how the sweetness of the caramel, paired with the saltiness of the sea salt, would taste.  Like me with the Dancing Deer Brownies, after the first bite, he was hooked.  My husband, who is the health nut in our family, sat quietly in his chair, and finished off the entire package of Caramel Sea Salt Squares in one sitting.  He felt guilty afterward, but had no regrets (except that he secretly wished he had another package), as these squares were so delicious, offering a nice balance between sweet and salty.   On the first night of receiving this gift set, I surprised my husband with hot chocolate and Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies packed with white and dark chunks of chocolate to dunk, after the girls went to bed.  Even though it wasn't that cold out, we have always loved eating these chocolate chip cookies from Dancing Deer with piping hot, hot chocolate.  While other prefer to dip these cookies in a cold glass of milk, or eating right out of the package, we both love dipping them, causing the chunks of chocolate pieces that make up this cookie, begin to melt.  The rich and creamy chocolate, when eating, causes your taste buds to dance and sing for MORE, MORE, MORE.  And, who can resist a freshly based chocolate chip cookie?  I know I can't!!
