HAPPYBABY Introduces New Organic Snacks and Meals (Review)

Since becoming a mom back in 2010 and now having two daughters, I have become a fan of HAPPYBABY foods for babies and tots.  And, when I heard that HAPPYBABY has come out with a new line of organic snacks and meals, I had to try them with Savannah.

I was sent coupons to try each some of these new products and picked up the following during a recent grocery store visit ---

This was the first time Savannah sampled rice cakes, and loved them.  I also loved these finger foods, not only because they were all natural and contained whole grain brown rice, but they were also easy to package and carry along as a snack on the go.  I even tried one of these rice cakes to see how sweet they were, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided just the right about of sweetness one would expect from enjoying a fresh, crisp apple, but in a rice cake form.  I can't wait to pick up their carrot rice cakes, as well as the Apple & Kale Croc Shaped Snacks and cheddar cheese with carrot munchies for Savannah to try.

This new product from their happytot toddler meal bowls line was hard to find.  I ended up having to try a handful of stores, until I found it at a Whole Foods store in central CT.  I wish I had picked up more than one of these bows to try, as Savannah just loved the new Vegetable Ravioli bowl.  I wish I had taken a photo of what this meal bowl looked like up close. It put those other tot meal bowls to shame, as this looked wholesome and fresh.    In addition to this flavor, other flavors include: Veggies, brown rice and turkey, super beefy pasta and chicken, veggies and quinoa.  The next time I head towards Hartford, I will be stopping into their Whole Foods to pick up more vegetable ravioli bowls and these other flavors.

Who would have ever thought to pair blueberry, apple and purple carrots together?  Just thinking about it makes me wonder how it would taste.  But, thanks to my HAPPYBABY taste tester, Savannah, I found out quickly -- "Yum," she replied, when I asked her how it tasted.  And, in under a few minutes, she had sucked this organic pouch empty.  I am a fan of pouched baby/tot foods, as they are easy to store, can be served chilled or warm, and are easy for little ones to hold and enjoy.  I also have a universal spoon that I can screw onto the pouch to feed Arabella with, which is great for on-the-go feedings.  Savannah has been a fan of HAPPYBABY pouches since I introduced them to her at 8 months old.  I am so happy to see new flavors being added to this wonderful brand.  In addition to this new flavor, you can also buy Strawberry, Kiwi, Beet & Pear and Kale Apple & Mango.  I tried Savannah with the Kale Apple and Mango pouch, but unfortunately, she wasn't a fan. :-(

Happy Times offers the following healthy snacks : Veggie Pals, Sunny Buddies, Yummy Yogis, Mixed Fruit Yogis and Crazy Crunchies.  I picked up a box of Mixed Fruit Yogis to try with Savannah, as she is a fan of fruit snacks and yogurt drops.  Savannah loved how these freeze dried yogurt bites melted in her mouth.  Since trying with these snacks, she has asked for a pouch each morning since.  And, within minutes, the pouch is empty and she is left licking her lips in contentment.  I can't wait to try the Veggie Pals and Sunny Buddies snacks with her.  And, Moms, each convenient snack sized package comes complete with a spot for Mom to write a Happy note.  What a great way to surprise your little ones, when they open their lunch box and see a note from you! I used this space to write Savannah's name on, when bringing these snack pouches to playgroups and meetups.  Now, others don't Savannah's snacks mixed up with their child's.

I am so glad to have tried these new products from HAPPYBABY, and am even happier to know that Savannah enjoyed them.  If you are looking for organic and healthy baby/toddler foods to feed your children, why not try these and other products from HAPPYBABY?
