My Thoughts:
I think one of the fun parts of having Chinese food is cracking open your fortune cookie at the end, and reading your fortune. Has your fortune every come true? If so, what was it? I have held one fortune close to my heart, as I received it on the night following my last radiation and chemotherapy sessions back in 2008. The fortune read, "Success is an accumulation of successful days." Something in this positive phrase resonated with them, and I have held onto this fortune since then, displaying it on my refrigerator, and reading it out load every morning. Since that day, I now how a new outlook on life and cherish each day. It has been 3 years out of treatment, and since then, I have welcomed 2 beautiful daughters, invented a baby product, started a business, began blogging and so much more. Success can be seen differently from everyone's standpoint, and I feel each of my blessings since my date of diagnosis have been a success. I beat the odds with my rare form of cancer, to now reap the benefits of a bountiful life.. And, now, thanks to the amazing and unique product from FortuneKeeper, I can pass down the fortune that I held so dear to me, to my daughters. Once they get older, and either receive a house key or keys to a car, I will include the FortuneKeeper keychain with my fortune for them to cherish, with the keys. What a great way to pass along a positive message I have held close these past few years, right? I think so.
