Throughout "I Am Happy!," Sukey Molloy exudes a sense of fun, wonder, and joy to which children readily connect. My Thoughts:

Even though Sukey Molloy has released two other CDs in this series, this was the first CD I listened to by this children's musician.  Both Savannah and I were hooked after the first title track.  I ended up sending her to her reading club this past weekend with the CD to share with the librarian, as she is always looking for fun music to get the kids up and moving during the parachute and exercise portion of the meet-up.  I knew, base on the positive reaction that Savannah and I had with this CD, that it would be a hit with both the young children and their parents.  And, I was right.  When my husband returned from the meetup, he said the librarian was going to order a copy of this CD when it releases in April, as she has never seen one children's musician get a group of children off their feet.  Even a few boys, who never participate got in on the fun, as they enjoyed the playful and silly lyrics.  

As a parent, I am always reviewing CDs and DVDs for children and have to say that Sukey Molloy impressed me with her upcoming CD to be released.  I can see why she has won so many awards. I will not sit here and try to list out for top 3 favorite tracks, as each was entertaining and fun to listen to.  I loved being able to get up and dance around with Savannah, acting silly and bonding.  You can't help but be happy listening to this CD, and others from Sukey Molloy.

So, if you are a fan of children's musicians and their CDs, to play in the house or in the car with your little ones, you need to make a note to order Sukey Molloy's CD, when it becomes available on April 24th.
