Finger Licking Good Ribs from Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue (Review)

Want to order some finger licking good barbecue and have it delivered right to your door?  Look no further than Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue.  I recently had the opportunity to sample a slab of ribs from Fiorella's, and couldn't stop licking my fingers.  And, when the ribs were gone, a sense of sadness came over me, as they tasted delicious and reminded me of our trips to the south, just to eat authentic BBQ.  I have ordered other slabs of ribs in the mail before, when my husband or or would crave a nice juicy, barbecue soaked pork spare rib.  But, time and again, the cost of the product outweighed the flavor of the product.  On occasion, I have paid top dollar for slabs of ribs, only to be disappointed when they arrived and cooked up to almost nothing -- just bone.  My husband and I love biting into a juicy slab of ribs to find it meaty and full of flavor.  And, when we sat down to share the slab of ribs the kind folks at Fiorella's sent me, we were not disappointed.  In addition to the ribs, which came unsauced, was a bottle of their KC Original Sauce.  I love being able to add my own barbecue sauce to ribs, as they shouldn't need a lot, if the ribs are of good quality.  If they are a good cut, then the flavor of the pork will stand out, minus the sauce.  But, adding barbecue sauce adds a kick to the ribs, and also acts as a great dipping sauce.

After sampling these ribs, I headed over to Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue to see what other products they offer, as well as to make a note on what to order for my husband's birthday in June.  I know he will love having a nice dinner in, and being able to enjoy a true Kansas City BBQ feast. 

 

Out of all the restaurants and online retailers we have gotten barbeque ribs from, my husband and I both agree that hands down, Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue is the best around.  We have never tasted a juicier and meatier slab of ribs in our lives, until we tried Fiorella's.

If you are a bbq ribs lover, then you need to check out the product offering at Fiorella's.  Just make sure you don't view their website on an empty belly, as it will be torture. :-)
