Help Keep Your New Year's Resolution with This Checklist from the Big Year (Coming to DVD on 1/31)

Every new year brings new resolutions like weight loss, spending more time with family, paying of debt, etc.  Many of us last only 1-2 months working on these resolutions, and then either forget about them, or give up as the resolution seems too hard to accomplish.

I have found myself giving up on New Year's Resolutions, just as fast as I started them.  But, I found that if I wrote them out and posted them next to my computer or on the fridge, that I was more prone to work at the resolutions, and not give up on them so easier.  

So, if you are finding it hard to keep your 2012 resolutions, don't give up yet.  Why not try printing out the above checklist from the Big Year and post where you will see it daily.  I bet it will help you keep those resolutions!
