Stocking Stuffer Ideas–Blair Candy Co. (Review and Giveaway)

Nobody knows candy like we do! Blair Candy Co. has been a family owned and operated business for over 70 years! Although we don't make it, we sell and distribute for many different candy manufacturers.
My Thoughts:

I recently stumbled upon this online candy store looking for a holiday gift for my dad.  He is a huge fan of the satellite wafers and marshmallow ice cream cone candies.  But, I can never find these at local candy shops.  Or, if I do, they are knock-off versions of the original and don’t taste anything like they should.

So, when found that online candy store carries these, as well as other favorite nostalgia candies, I was an instant fan.  You will not believe their candy offering.  It took me over an hour to browse through all the candies by category.  By the end, I had a running list of candies that I wanted to get, with some being childhood favorites.  In addition, I noticed that they were selling holiday chocolate advent calendars.  So, when I placed my candy order, I ordered one of these for my daughter, Savannah. 
When the order arrived, I was in heaven.  With two days, I had consumed all the sweet treats, and then regretted not savoring them. But, the highlight of the order was the advent calendar.  I showed my daughter and explained the concept of opening a window each day to reveal a chocolate.  And, by the time she was done opening all the windows, Santa would be here.  I placed the calendar on the window sill, and now every morning my daughter rushed to the window and points to the calendar.  Then, we open a window and she enjoys her chocolate treat.  I remember as a child loving the advent calendars and looking forward to opening a window/door each day.  Who knew I would be sharing in this tradition with my children.  It is so nice.
