Kettle Cuisine offers 10 chef-inspired varieties that are all natural and gluten free. Their savory soups, hearty chilis, and rich chowders are available in convenient, single serving bowls and can be found in your grocer's natural food freezer.
I was recently sent a sampling of soups from Kettle Cuisine at the perfect time – right after giving birth to our 2nd daughter. So, as you can imagine I was accepting any help when it came to prepared meals, and Kettle Cuisine came in handy. I loved their single serving bowls, which you could quickly pop in the microwave. And, in minutes, you would have a hearty soup that tasted like you spent hours slaving over the stove making. Unlike other frozen soups that had weird aftertastes or contained a lot of salt or preservatives, Kettle Cuisine is all natural and uses only the highest quality ingredients when making their soups. Take for example their Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans. With the first spoonful, I was able to instantly taste the southwestern spices, red beans, ripe tomatoes, hand-chopped peppers and spicy green chilies, along with getting actual pieces of slow-roasted Angus Beef. This was not imitation meat, but the real deal.
And, this is the case with all of Kettle Cuisine’s soups. They use “real” ingredients and spices that make each soup stand out and taste great. Out of all the flavors sent to me, I have to say my favorites were their Chicken Soup with Rice Noodles, Tomato Soup with Garden Vegetables, Three Bean Chili and Southwestern Chicken with Corn Chowder, along with the Angus Beef Steak Beef Chili with Beans. Each of these soups tasted great and left you satisfied and full after you were done. And, with the cold weather setting in, what is better than a nice, hot bowl of soup to warm you up?
These soups were a life saving after arriving home from the hospital with baby #2. If I was napping with the children, my husband could quickly throw a soup in the microwave and have a hearty meal. Or, if he needed a meal to take to work for lunch, he simply had to grab a box of Kettle Cuisine out of the freezer, and he was all set. Now, how is that for convenience?
I cannot wait to try the few others flavors that Kettle Cuisine offers, as well as stock the freezer with these tasty soups now that the cold weather is here to stay for a while. They will be handy if and when we feel under the weather, need a meal in a flash, or just have a hankering for soup. Goodbye canned soups – and, hello Kettle Cuisine!!!
