Big league ballplayers team up with big-time cartoon characters in this all-star baseball mash-up! The stars of Nicktoons join the stars of Major League Baseball for an unlikely baseball experience that's nothin' but fun. See SpongeBob take the mound at Fenway Park, have Ren and Stimpy patrol the outfield at Wrigley, and see if Robinson Cano can take Chum Chum yard. Play at real Major League parks and custom-created stadiums like Frosty Freeze Field. Theplayer roster also features Zim, Fanboy, and Dudley Puppy, plus stars from all 30 Major League teams, including the Cardinal's Matt Holiday, the Dodger's Andre Ethier, the Braves' Jason Heyward, and others.

My Thoughts:

This kid-friendly baseball game will be a hit with you little ones, as they will love the game concept -- incorporating their favorite Nickelodean cartoon characters, with real major league baseball players. Kids will get to choose play mode -- major league team play, Nicktoons game play, or a mix of both. When they choose to play with Nicktoons characters, the baseball field will be tranformed into a wacky and crazy looking field, only fitting for Nicktoons characters.
In regards to game controllers, you can use to choose to use the standard hand-held controller, or if you have Kinect for XBox 360, your motions will determine your pitches and hits. I had trouble at first getting used using the Kinect as a motion controller. You need to make sure how you angle your arm, as this determines the type of pitch thrown. I kept throwing balls, but they would either hit the pitcher or hit the ground. But, after a few tries, I got the hang of it.
Overall, this is a great game that can be enjoyed by parents and children. In reagrds to the content, children will love the game more, as it stars some of their favorite cartoon characters, with kiddy sounds throughout the game. Based on the difficultness of the game, this would be a grea introduction to baseball video games for kids.

This game is also available for the Wii and Nintendo DS.
