Holiday Gift Giving Guide -- Gift for Foodies -- Pig of the Month BBQ (Review)

My husband loved helping review these scrumptious rack of ribs from the Pig of Month BBQ.  We have been true fans of BBQ since traveling down south and to Texas and tasting what TRUE BBQ is supposed to taste like.  You can't get BBQ like this in the northeast.  So, whenever we can, we love to either travel to or order BBQ online, to satisfy our BBQ cravings.  Now, with two young babies at home, we can't travel on a whim like we used, so we have to rely on mail order BBQ.  Some may say, you don't get the same flavor when you order frozen or prepared meals, but I have to say that the rack of ribs sent by the Pig of the Month BBQ was out of this world, and tasted just as good as if we sat down at a BBQ restaurant and ordered them.  The Carolina style ribs that were sent to me to sample were so juicy and full of meat, that I didn't even need to add extra BBQ, even though it was included in the package.  I watched as my husband picked the bones clean.  If I didn't stop him, I think he would have eaten the bone, too. :-)

I was definitely surprised at the quality of the ribs from The Pig of the Month BBQ.  But, thanks to this review opportunity, I now have a go-to BBQ mail order company when the BBQ cravings hit.  And, I can't wait to order a feast package this February to celebrate our anniversary/Valentine's Day.  It will truly make for a memorable dine-in experience, now that we have two little ones at home.  Down home BBQ and a movie -- what more could you ask for?
