Feature Friday FunBites (Review and Giveaway)

Like I said in my Spotlight on Mommy intro, I am just loving this easy to use invention.  And, the holes in the cutout mold are just the right size for toddlers to eat, so us moms don't have to spend half the meal cutting up their food into bite size pieces.  In seconds, I can use the FunBites mold and cut a sandwich into cute little pieces.  How is that for speed and convenience.

I think my favorite things to use the FunBites molds are to cut up fresh fruits for my daughter.  Right now, she is on a frozen fruits fix while teething, so I have been picking up fresh fruit and freezing portion size servings for her.  In addition to blueberries, she likes pineapple, watermelon and honeydew melons.  I can't get over how quickly and easy it is to create bite sized pieces in seconds. And, clean up is a breeze, as they are dishwasher safe.


Do you have a picky eater?  I have found that if I cut up Savannah's grilled cheese sandwiches with FunBites that she eats more than if I had cut up the sandwich by hand.  I have also found that the FunBites works great on pancakes, cheese, burgers, meatloaf and other fruits like cantaloupe and mangoes.

I know that once my daughters get a little bigger, they will love using the FunBites to create fun shapes, likes hearts and squares with their foods.  And, I don't have to worry about sharp utensils or them hurting themselves using the FunBites.  Don't you love it when you can buy a product for your infant/toddler and continue using it as they grow up?  This is one of those products!
