Mediterranean Snack Foods Baked Lentil Crackers (Review and Giveaway)

I was recently sent a box of Mediterranean Snack Foods Baked Lentil Crackers to sample.  They sent me cracked pepper, rosemary herb and sea salt to try.  Not usually a fan of baked crackers, I was curious to see how these tasted.  Would they be dry?  Did they lack flavor?  These were just a few of the questions that came to my mind when looking at each box.  I spent a few minutes looking over each box's nutritional facts and ingredients and couldn't find anything unhealthy, so I had nothing to lose.  So, I cracked open each box and took turns sampling each flavor.  I tried them first without an dip, but found them to be dry to eat alone.  So, then I took out a salsa and jar of peanut butter.  Once I introduced a dip to the mix, these baked crackers tasted great.  I especially liked the rosemary herb crackers with the salsa and cracked pepper went well with peanut butter.

When my husband came home, I had him sample each cracker and let me know his thoughts. His favorite cracker was the cracked pepper, in which he continually dipped in the salsa.  My husband is more of the healthy snack person, so when I heard he preferred these baked chips over others he has tried, I knew they must be good.  And, like me, my husband looked at the nutritional facts and ingredients and was pleased to see that these crackers are gluten-free, low in fat, a good source of protein and contains non-gmo ingredients.

Before the end of the week, the remaining sample boxes were all gone. My husband had been taking a ziploc bag full of crackers each day as a mid-afternoon snack.  He said he also tried them with cheese spreads and they were tasty.
