Summary:
Meet the StinkyKids®, a diverse group of 10 “little stinKers,” each with their own unique qualities.
The StinkyKids® series helps children learn to make right choices and reminds them to “Always Be A Leader Of Good.” Their heartwarming, funny and real–life adventures capture the true innocence of childhood and the lessons we learned through our mistakes—when we were just StinkyKids® ourselves.
Saturday was Britt’s favorite day. It was the day Britt had a playdate with her friends Hannah, Max and Julie. But this Saturday Britt had a secret. A secret she didn’t want to tell her mommy and daddy. A secret that could stop her favorite playdate from happening!
The “little stinKers” try their best to help Britt with her secret. Along the way, they learn that sometimes, secrets need a parent’s help to solve.

My Thoughts:
I loved everything about this book, from the lovable characters to the lessons taught and reinforced through the story. I especially loved how the author Britt Menzies made each StinkyKid character "A Leader of Good." What a great message to have your children live by. This book and each of the characters will appeal your little ones, as they can relate to them and how each gets into mischief of their own.. I love how Britt uses these characters to show children that each one of us is not perfect, but through making mistakes, we learn from them, in order to become better people, and "Leaders of Good." Children will learn to make good decisions through the life lessons that are posed in this story, and together you can talk about consequences and that making mistakes is normal, and that is how we grow as people. Hats off to Britt for creating a book and series of books I am sure, that will continue to teach children through the use of relateable characters life lessons, and allow parents and teachers to open up the lines of communications and talk further about what was learned through these cute stories.
This would make a great addition to any family's reading collection, and will be a book your child will want to read over and over again.
