My Review:
I was sent a copy of The Velveteen Rabbit on DVD, which was narrated by Meryl Streep, from Rabbit Ears Entertainment. Growing up, this was one of my favorite stories to read, and after having my daughter, I couldn't wait to share this beloved tale with my daughter. I wasn't sure how the video version of this book would be, as I have always read it. I thought that it would lose some of its uniqueness, but I was pleasantly surprised to see this movie. I just loved the way the story was captured with the beautiful images. And, being told by Meryl Streep only helped to make it become a favorite in my household.
Check out this sneak peek of the video. You will fall in love with the beautiful imagery and story line.
