Summary:

Hey, Girlfriend! challenges and inspires women to be the best they can be – Awesome!
Hey, Girlfriend! is a motivational book comprised of short essays on various real life topics. It’s unique in the way it motivates. It doesn’t motivate with pie in the sky theory or the ” just tell yourself your happy” mentality. It motivates from reality and hard truth. I share my own struggles and offer encouragement.

Hey, Girlfriend! focuses on core issues women face. The chapters uncover our struggles with weight, body image, busyness, loneliness, depression, and the need for more playful creativity in our lives. Each chapter shares real life experience, offers encouragement, letting women know they’re not alone, and challenges them to grow. I offer no hard and fast ways to change but I offer hope and share the journey.

Along the journey, Hey, Girlfriend! uncovers the lies we believe and brings the dark obsessive thinking out into the light. It gets real and encourages women to do the same. Sharing the message - throw off the box you have lived in and let the real you come out. Hey, Girlfriend! gives women permission to struggle, to be less than and yet to live free and real! The message is unique – you can stop pretending and in reality you will be free!

Hey, Girlfriend appeals to an audience of women 25 to 50. It will inspire and touch the hearts of women in all walks of life. It’s uniqueness and title combined with the powerful realness will develop a strong readership. Published chapters have been well received. Women crave relationships with other women. My Review:

What a great motivational book for moms and women.  Through a series of short essays about relationships, families, obsessions and ourselves, you feel encouraged and are reminded that you are not alone in life's struggles.  There are other women out there struggling with body issues, family relationship issues, loneliness, depression and more.  By opening our eyes to these struggles and letting us know that they are real and it is normal to feel loss or deal with pain in order to be set free.  Through perseverance and self love and recognition you can overcome any personal struggle (which most women face) in order to be happy.
