MyBlogSpark gave me the opportunity to try one of these new parfaits firsthand, and I have to say that I was impressed.  I am not much of a yogurt eater, but I was amazed at the flavor and creamy texture of these parfait cups.  Being only 100 calories, this is a great snack to grab on the go, without worrying about putting a dent in your diet.  Who knew that eating a Chocolate Éclair or Cherry Cheesecake parfait would be a guilt-free indulgence?  I think I am in heaven!
